  22.      The Questionnaire Menu Configuration File

  26.      The Questionnaire Menu configuration file has a name of QUESTION.MNU. 
  27.      You should note that this is an optional menu configuration file and
  28.      is only necessary if your board has questionnaires available.  As with
  29.      all other TriBBS menu configuration files, QUESTION.MNU is a text file
  30.      and can be edited with any text editor.  The format for QUESTION.MNU
